The ectogeographic entity below considers all UN member countries as no more dignified than Aristotelian zoos, which constantly violate human rights, treat de jure citizens like de facto slaves, and national and multinational corporations as entities authorised to violate human rights by their respective states or countries (ie, as criminal entities), and with no actual legal accountability in the constitutions of states or countries for their crimes against natural human beings.

Global Earth Oceans (GEO) (08.09.2002 – Ω) was originally conceived as an offshoot of the Fifth World Community (06.08.2010 – Ω), the first settlement, and largest proto-village formed by the supporters of the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (19.01.2008 – 04.06.2017) or UMMOA.

However, the UMMOA was disbanded on 4 June 2017, because the international political, even registered — USPTO Registered Trademark 4592162 — political party, lacked serious support from more than two people.

In addition to that, The Tallini Family (TTF), the original micronation which founded of the UMMOA, and all Fifth World-related developments, was attacked by New York State on 29 June 2019, and this alleged "protection" of one of TTF's nationals, who had been kept alive for more than 3.5 years after a massive stroke or CVA by her son, essentially an unlicenced nurse and doctor, actually precipitated her early death on 11 August 2019, less than two months later.

Since 11 August 2019, the founder of The Tallini Family (TTF) has fallen on hard times, made even worse by the COVID-19 pandemic, and so The Tallini Family (17.11.1998 – 11.08.2019) has ceased to exist.

Even the Cesidian Church, after its late historical phase (16.12.2015 – 09.07.2020), has ceased to exist, when all calls for support from its Bishop went unheeded, and the Magdalene Christianity (09.07.2020 – 03.02.2021) era had started, but it also came to a close when the ectohistory of Christianity (28.07.754 CE – 03.02.2021) came to a close.

GEO History[]

There have been several attempts to start the new region of Global Earth Oceans (GEO), but most efforts were either premature, or only steps towards that goal, and thus these attempts became little more than failed experiments, and/or learning experiences. Some experiments have yielded exceptional societal-political wisdom (Cesidian societal-political science), and so they were not a total loss.

The city of Cyberterra (08.09.2002 – Ω), whose ectogeographical basis was discovered on 3 February 2021, was originally founded on 8 September 2002. However, it wasn't until the concept of Cyberterra Mean Time (05.08.2009 – Ω) or CMT was introduced on 5 August 2009 that Cyberterra began to morph into a Cesidian law jurisdiction, and the world's first "cybernetic realm".

On 8 March 2012, a UMMOA member claimed a new Red Sea island. The island, located in the Zubair Group, and unnamed until that day, was baptised "Aphrodite Island" by Kaisiris Tallini (aka Cesidio Tallini), then Governor of the UMMOA, and claimed on behalf of all UMMOA nations. Aphrodite Island became the UMMOA's 26th national component.

On 24 July 2013, what is now called the Independent Principality of Islet of Pontinha (Principado Independente do Ilhéu da Pontinha), became a member of Paradiplomatic Affairs (24.05.2013 – Ω), and of the Fifth World Community (06.08.2010 – Ω). This entity has been illegally occupied by Portugal since 25 September 2017 (in depth article).

On 6 December 2014, Google verified the postal address of the main office of the new region called Global Earth Oceans (GEO). However, this office was far too dependent on Earth-based land and postal addresses, which are ultimately controlled by police states, not any so-called free individual or citizen, or even genuine property owner, so this was just an experience, which like other previous experiences, led to nothing genuinely new, at least from a practical point of view.

On 12 February 2015, the Wujieren (无界人) of GEO was able to verify for the first time that Google had accepted the new region called Global Earth Oceans (GEO), and Google had even accepted its main office as a Government Office.

On 31 March 2018, the Kingdom of Ourania accepted Cesidian law through the formerly operational multinationalist.com website. With this development, Cesidian law had been accepted in a strong way at least six times, and according to the Kingmaker tool, this was strong evidence that suggested Cesidian law had become fully delineated, without even the force of single country's constitution. However, not just Cesidian law had been accepted in a strong way at least six times, or had become fully delineated, but also Global Earth Oceans or GEO had become fully delineated, so GEO had sufficiently materialised into a new region or genus, albeit a very spiritual one.

Again, while these experiences have allowed the development of great new ideas and tools, the fact remains that there is no extensively accepted new region or genus called Global Earth Oceans or GEO. In fact, even the societal-political support of the Kingdom of Ourania has been too feeble for even the micronation to be considered anything less than an unstable entity at best, and a vanity micronation at worse.

Global Earth Oceans (08.09.2002 – Ω) or GEO today can be considered not a part of the Old World (Eurafrasia), or the New World (the Americas, Oceania, and Antarctica), but a part of the "Newest World". It is also a temenos (τέμενος) as a sanctuary, holy neighbourhood, holy district, or holy region; a pankosmiahora (παγκόσμιαχώρα), which means 'global country'; and a terra nullius et/vel communis, and/or an ectogeographic entity.

It was on 4 June 2017, when the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (19.01.2008 – 04.06.2017) or UMMOA was disbanded, that GEO became an ectopolitan region, or when Kaisiris Tallini became a de facto ectopolitan.

Moreover, on 2 April 2021, when the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) cancelled the UMMOA trademark registration (formerly a Collective Membership Mark), GEO became even more of an ectopolitan region, or when Kaisiris Tallini became a de jure ectopolitan.

Finally, on 4 July 2022 Kaisiris Tallini has also devised and signed a first legal document certifying his ectopolitan status, so the GEO "ectoregion" is as ectopolitan as its Wujieren (无界人).
