The Tenstrong Calendar is a leap-day proposal with 12 months per year, where each month has exactly 30 days or 3 weeks of 10 days each. The remaining 5 or 6 days are in an extra period at the end of the year.
This calendar design is very similar to the abandoned French Republican calendar of the late 18th century.
